Your website should do something for you
A website doesn't just sit there and provide your contact details, it needs to do some work for you. At the least, it needs to have attitude - at the most, it could be a fully database driven customer focused site that actually solves some of those nagging business problems that you have that you never thought you could solve for any reasonable price.
The web allows us a whole new level of accessibility. With our school product Spike@School we can enable the editors of a particular schools website to do the work from home! How much more relaxing is it to sit in your armchair with your laptop on, well, your lap, and casually enter in the latest news about your class?
